Beside academic and social impact, this project will create lasting collaboration between European and Russian research centers, it will create opportunities for Russian and Romanian researchers to perform a high quality work in the their own countries, also having access to expertise and equipment within the suggested international consortium. Short stay visits and joint PhD positions are planned within the project. This creates unique conditions for professional growth of the PhD and post-doctoral researchers, broadening their research experience and network.
