Obviously, the impact of the suggested work goes beyond the science community due to possibility of creation of cost efficient smart monitoring tools for environment and public health protection as described above. The fact of creation of such monitoring tools may impact policy makers in resource limited regions and countries, reveal hidden sources of contamination, and disclose the full picture of environmental pollution in hotspots before it will be too late for actions.
